“My motto has always been to treat others as I would want my own family to be treated. I value the Quality of Excellence that First Class HALT provides, going the extra mile, and personal relationship that we strive to maintain with our customers here at FCH. I feel that you are not a number, but a valued customer with a name when you walk through the door. I believe FCH has kept this motto throughout and have seen first hand in the 3 years being with FCH how it is infectious and how it spreads through word of mouth. It’s been a great experience! Looking forward to many more years!!”

“What I enjoy about working at FCH: the attention to detail that we give our customers. We inspect each and every vehicle like it is our own. In today’s world, customers are treated like a number instead of a name. Here at FCH, we are like family. No job is too big or too small for us. The single most important maintenance on your vehicle: make sure that you change the oil and filter every 5,000 miles. It doesn’t matter what kind of vehicle you have, changing the oil is the life of the vehicle. People often forget how important this is to perform.”

“What I have enjoyed most working for FCH is having more time to spend time with my family because the company emphasizes that weekends should be spent with the ones you love. One thing I have seen through the years and will always emphasize to our valued customers is routine maintenance to help prevent breakdowns and costly repairs from neglect, which can get up into the thousands of dollars for repairs! We see this far more often than necessary. Keeping up with routine with maintenance will save time and money!”

“What I love most working at FCH is the people I work with. The most important thing, in my opinion, is making sure that the mechanic that works on your vehicle knows the car line and specializes in the type of vehicle they are working on. With today’s technology, it is crucial that the technician has factory training on a particular car and exclusively knows the make of the vehicle they work on to provide proper diagnostics and repair. Using OE and OEM parts is critical, as every veteran mechanic knows.”

Mechanic / Toyota & Hybrid Specialist

  • Master ASE
  • Master Toyota Certification/Hybrid Certification
  • Trained at Southeast Toyota
  • 15 Years’ Experience

“The reason I love working at FCH is because I am able to take the time to look a car over as if it was mine, ensuring quality work and a happy customer. To me, the most important maintenance for a vehicle is oil changes. This gives us the opportunity to inspect vehicles on a regular basis, which can help us catch early problems and prevent breakdowns or more expensive repairs in the future. I think that most repair shops are good at working on all kinds of vehicles, but at FCH, we are experts at working on YOUR vehicle.”
